Military genius: 'I give power as kings to you 10'

Revelation 17:12: [12] And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

Verse 17: [17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

"You have 10 kings who haven't received a kingdom, singular, and then there's a point in time where they give their kingdom to the beast.

"With the 70th week, the seven years are divided into two parts: three and a half and three and a half. If you recall, the Antichrist launches his campaign of conquest with one crown. What is he doing for the first three and a half years? He's conquering; he's obtaining the 10 crowns.

"There's a span of three and a half years where the Antichrist is consolidating power (he's a political, military genius) and three of the kings in the 10-nation area are not the European Union.

"The Bible, in Genesis, Psalms and Isaiah, identify the 10 nations and where are they? They're all in the Land of Shinar; the Middle East. We must use an eastern perspective; don't interpret it using the western perspective or you'll do great damage.

"You have three kings that are going to be forced into submission; the remaining seven capitulate, and in the middle of the week you have the 'son of perdition.' He, in effect, grants to these 10 kings the ability to function as kings. In other words, they're given the power.

"Who is wearing the 10 crowns after the first three-and-a-half year period? Antichrist. So who technically is the king? In his satanic genius, he gives the 10 kings POWER as kings. They function as royal regents to carry out his governmental policy. He's no dummy!

"He says, 'Listen, you now are not going to be treated as enemies, per say, but I'm going to give you power as kings to implement the satanic plan.'

"There's a wonderful illustration in the Old Testament with Joseph. When Joseph interpreted that dream Pharoah had, what did Pharoah do to Joseph? He said to him, 'You're going to be as Pharaoh; the only thing is I'm still going to be No. 1.'

"Joseph had the power of Pharoah; anything he would decree, any judgment he arrived at, he was to be viewed as Pharoah, which is fascinating because Pharoah is a type of Antichrist.

"Evidently, at the middle of the week, Antichrist turns to the 10 and says, 'I give you power as kings.' "
