Noah in a 'Oh yes I Cain' world

Hebrews 11:7: [7] By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

"Noah had no experience in the things God said were going to happen and yet he believed what God said. All of his experience, the experience of the people he knew, all of the opinion of the majority of people he talked to and was around said, 'What are you warning about?! Are you nuts?!'

"From Adam to Noah, it didn't rain on the earth. The water system was done through a mist coming up out of the earth and a whole different kind of a system of hydrology before the Flood. They never saw water falling to the earth from the heavens.

"In spite of NO experience to point to, he believed God. When we say we're going to believe what God says, we've got a Book that we're believing. Noah couldn't point to a book. He couldn't say, 'Hey, folks, I've got this book that God wrote and that I can demonstrate that He did.'

"Noah just had to say, 'God said to me.' He had God communicate to him directly, but that's all he had. And once it was over with, it wasn't there anymore. It's gone, but He believed what God told him in spite of nothing to point to.

"Noah lived in time of 'the way of Cain.' Cain's way was rebellion against God: 'Pay no attention to what God says; walk in human wisdom.' The way of Cain produced the days of Noah. All the values were human values and human wisdom.

"Noah condemned the world by what he did. He built an ark but he also preached the word that God gave him. Through his building and his preaching, he condemned the world. He demonstrated that the world was without excuse for not believing.

Genesis 6: [5] And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

[6] And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
[7] And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
[8] But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

"This is what Jesus calls in Luke 'as in the days of Noah.' The days of Noah began in Genesis 4 with the way of Cain; rejection of what God says--going to do it on your own. Build your own kingdom. The culture developed without God. What do you get when you get rid of God?

Genesis 6:11-13: [11] The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

[12] And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
[13] And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

On the CIA’s website you can read a PDF of the whole book by Fritz Springmeier on the "13 Bloodlines of Cain the Illuminati Serpent Seed."

“What happens with Cain in Genesis goes all the way through your Bible to the end; nobody forgets about it.

"There’s a very interesting expression in Jude 11. The verse says, [11] Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

This is a book written for the last days of Israel’s program. When you get over into the Tribulation period right before the Second Coming of Christ, they’re still talking about Cain.

“Cain sets a way, a path in Genesis and it’s the way of man’s rebellion against God to do it himself, his way. Isaiah 53:6 says, [6] All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Proverbs 14:12 says, ‘There’s a way that seems right to a man.’ Jesus said ‘broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.’

*****

“Genesis 4-6 represents what Jesus Christ calls ‘the days of Noah.’ They encompass more than just the 120 years that Noah was involved. It starts in Genesis 4 with the Fall and Cain and Abel. What culminates at the Flood starts in the days of Cain.

“When Eve says, ‘I have gotten a man from the Lord,’ this is a happy occasion for Adam and Eve. This is their first kids. There’s something very special in what she’s saying there; the seed line is what she’s interested in, going back to God’s promise in Genesis 3:15.

"After the Fall, God makes some statements. She thinks, ‘Here’s the promised seed; this is the one I’ve been expecting.’ She’s not expecting it in 5,000 years or 500 years. She has a child, boom, ‘This is the one we’re looking for!’

"Eve knows she’s the mother of all living and that 'the seed of the woman' will bruise the head of the serpent. She knows there’s going to be a battle between two seed lines.

*****

“It was obvious from the very start that Abel wasn’t the premiere member of the family. Shepherds are kind of isolated away, they’re not important, they’re not the show boats in the family. Abel was that guy. Cain was a tiller of the ground. Do you remember what Adam did for a living?

“Genesis 2:15 says, [15] And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. Adam’s job was to be a farmer and dress the Garden and keep it up. By the way, the name Cain means ‘to acquire, to possess.’ The name Abel means vanity.

"When you get the No.1 son and he’s ‘Woo-hoo, the one we’re going to get the promise through,’ and then you have another son and you say, ‘Well, that’s nice, but he’s not really important,’ which one of those boys do you think Eve and Adam put most of their attention into?

“Cain went into the family business. His daddy spent a lot of time with him; trained him, worked with him, nurtured him. He was the prize of the family.

“Sometime people think Adam and Eve . . . the old Calvinist argument is they couldn’t possibly have been saved because they plunged all mankind into sin, but they were obviously people of faith. Eve was a woman of faith. She believed the promise God gave her. She had good reason to believe it was Cain because God didn’t tell her when it would be and so forth.

“There’s a lot of things they don’t understand. Obviously by the end of the chapter she’s seen that she was wrong, but at this point she doesn’t know that yet.

*****

“Notice these two boys have grown into men. A ‘process of time’ means time has transpired. Cain and Abel know God exists, that He’s created everything. They know about the Fall and that sin has consequences. They know there’s an enemy out there they need to avoid. They also know there’s a ‘covering’ issue.

“Genesis 3:7 says, [7] And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

"They made coverings out of the work of their hands, out of the fruit of the ground. Did that covering work? No. Verse 21 says, [21] Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.’ God sheds the blood of an animal and takes the skin off of it to provide a covering.

“Cain and Abel know the covering their mom and dad made out of their own hands off of the fruit of the trees in the Garden didn’t work. But there’s one where God shed blood and made a covering out of a sacrifice that did work. These guys knew when, where and what in terms of bringing the sacrifice.

"It was to be brought to the door. What door? Genesis 3:23 says, [23] Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. He put a cherubim at the access there.

“Cain prepared for this great day where he’s going to meet God. You know, you get in your mind it’s more than just a little Sunday school idea; this is something BIG going on here.

"These two boys are being prepared to go meet the Lord God of the Garden. They’ve heard about Him; mom and dad have talked about Him and now they’re going to meet Him. They desire to be in presence of the Lord and have Him praise them.

“You see in verse 4 where it says ‘God had respect unto Abel’s offering.’ That’s what Cain wanted. In Leviticus when He talks about it He uses the word ‘accepted.’ The problem is Cain established his own way to get God’s praise.”

Deal with devil unenforceable contract

(new article tomorrow)

In Isaiah 28, the people say to the Lord they've made a covenant with death and an agreement with hell, which is similar to making an agreement with the devil:

[15] Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
[16] Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
[17] Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
[18] And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

"What Israel says is, 'Look, God, you can't punish us, you can't scourge us, because what we did is we went to death and hell, we had a conversation with them, and we entered into an agreement that they're not going to harm us', " explains Ohio Preacher David Reid.

"Is God who created the universe stuck with that? Does He say, 'Well, I was going to judge Israel but I didn't know they had a contract; I guess I can't.'

"In verse 18, God says, in other words, 'I'm not interested in whatever agreement you think you made; I've decided to invalidate it and your agreement with hell shall not stand.'

"What God's doing is disannulling their illegal contract and their covenant with death and hell. Israel was going to face God's judgment and there was no way out of it.

"So, let's say you're an unbeliever who's communicated with the devil and you do enter a deal and, as part of it, he promises to give you whatever you lust after and you promise not to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

"What happens if you get the riches and the worldly fame, or whatever it is you're interested in, and you then decide, 'You know what, I promised in the contract that I wasn't going to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, but you know what? I'm just going to do it; I'm going to believe the gospel and become saved.'

"Satan says, 'Wait a minute! I gave you wealth and fame. You can't do this! We've got a deal!' What would happen? You want to believe on the Lord but he says you can't? We understand the contract is illegal and unenforceable.

"I Timothy 2 says: [3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; [4] Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

"God would save the entire world if the world would believe. If every single person on the planet decided to believe the gospel, God would be thrilled. He would save every single one of them.

"Does the devil negotiate individual contracts with people? God is omnipresent, meaning He's everywhere. Satan is not. Satan is a created being limited by time and space. He can only be in one place at one time.

"Think with me. The CEO of a fast-food company's job is not to run the drive-through; he's to set policy for the entire company. His responsibility is broader than working with one customer.

"I Timothy 4: [1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

"Satan wants to damn the whole earth, not by, 'I'm going to sit down and negotiate a contract with this person and tomorrow I'll negotiate one with that person.' He'd never get through with the billions of people on earth.

"What he wants is 'doctrines of devils' that can be repeated and taught, aired on the radio and published in books, so that those doctrines can damn millions and millions and millions of people and that's what false doctrine does.

"II Timothy 2: 26: [26] And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

"Satan doesn't negotiate with people; negotiations are for those you can't just overwhelm. Satan takes them captive. A snare is used to trap. He has traps he's set where they grab hold of people.

"If you have the really powerful, superior army you can just secure your objective by force; you take it. What Satan does is he takes people captive; he doesn't negotiate with them.

"II Corinthians 4: [3] But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: [4] In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

"What did the devil do to damn people? Did he negotiate contracts, or did he blind them so they couldn't see the light of the glorious gospel and be saved? He doesn't need bargaining power. If one party has all the force, all the power, they don't need to negotiate; they just exert their will and take them captive.

"In Matthew, when Christ was tempted in the wilderness and, of course, Christ didn't sin, what did Satan do? He said, 'If you do this, I'll do that.' You know why Satan had to try to negotiate a deal with the Lord? Which one of them had more power?

"Colossians 1:16 tells you that all things were created by Him and for Him. He's the enteral God; Satan is a created being.

"The Lord Jesus Christ created Satan. Satan couldn't go to Christ and overpower Him; he had no ability to do that. The only thing he could do was try to deceive, sweet-talk and persuade the Lord into some sort of a deal, and what did the Lord say? 'Not going to happen; not going to do it.'

"Satan offered the Lord the kingdoms of this world and you know what the Lord said? 'You don't need to give them to me; I'll take them when I want.'

"Satan says, 'No, I'll give them to you right now, Lord, let's do a deal!' The Lord's like, 'I don't need any thing you have. In my perfect timing I'll take what I want and you can't do a thing about it.' That's where Satan tried to enter a deal and the Lord said, 'Not interested.'

"So can a Believer sell his soul to the devil today? I don't think so; there's no verse in Scripture that says anything of the sort and the agreement would be an illegal contract. It wouldn't be enforceable because all you have to do to be saved, it doesn't matter what you've done in the past . . . there's no unforgivable sin in the dispensation of grace. All you have to do to be saved is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ."

Literal POWER of darkness: uh, a little LIGHT housekeeping?!

MSNBC 3 hours ago: "Russia's invasion of Ukraine will 'accelerate' the inauguration of a 'new world order based on law and justice' in which economic and political gains will justify the losses sustained thus far," according to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We're facing a historic milestone,” Putin told the Valdai Discussion Club in a Thursday address. “Ahead of us is possibly the most dangerous, unpredictable, and, at the same time, crucial decade since the end of the Second World War.”

*****

"No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation. Lucifer comes to give to us the final gift of wholeness. If we accept it then he is free and we are free. This is the Luciferic initiation. It is one that many people now, and in the days ahead, will be facing, for it is an initiation in the New Age.”-David Spangler, Director of the Planetary Initiative, of the United Nations and self-described mystic

"When you walk in the light you're demonstrating what God wants done. Light reproves darkness and men love darkness rather than light. When the Word of God goes out, it reproves darkness and that's why the Adversary hates America especially. No place on the planet in the last 2,000 years has caused the light to shine worldwide as it has in the last 250-300 years out of America. The preaching of the Word of God even in its most feeble form has run darkness out of our country and the light's reproved it. The Adversary doesn't like that."

On December 20, 2020, Sen. Mitt Romney warned that the "recent Russian cyberattack against U.S. agencies and companies could potentially 'cripple' electricity and water systems in the country," as news outlets reported.

In a video address the same day, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee acknowledged that Tennessee "is ground zero for a surge in sickness."

He said in the video, "There is a darkness before the dawn that's happening right here in Tennessee. We have to recognize that."

The Nashville bombing happened at 5:40 a.m. Christmas Day, 2020. It subsequently temporarily took out cell service and 911 emergency capabilities.

Today, Nashville Mayor John Cooper was in headlines saying he thought the bombing was an "infrastructure attack." He is on video telling the media, “And to all of us locally, it feels like there has to be some connection with the AT&T facility (Editor's note: this 33-story building, the tallest in the whole state, is known as the "Batman Building") and the site of the bombing. It’s got to have something to do with the infrastructure.

Reuters News Service from Jan. 2013:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano warned on Thursday that a major cyber attack is a looming threat and could have the same sort of impact as last year’s Superstorm Sandy, which knocked out electricity in a large swathe of the Northeast.

Napolitano said a “cyber 9/11” could happen “imminently” and that critical infrastructure - including water, electricity and gas - was very vulnerable to such a strike.

“We shouldn’t wait until there is a 9/11 in the cyber world. There are things we can and should be doing right now that, if not prevent, would mitigate the extent of damage,” said Napolitano, speaking at the Wilson Center think tank in Washington and referring to the September 11, 2001, attacks.

In November, 2020, the World Economic Forum (sponsors of "The Great Reset") announced that "the next big crisis" would dwarf COVID-19:

Klaus Schwab, WEF Executive Chairman:

“We all know, but still pay insufficient attention, to the frightening scenario of a comprehensive cyber attack could bring a complete halt to the power supply, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole. The COVID-19 crisis would be seen in this respect as a small disturbance in comparison to a major cyberattack."

Jeremy Jurgens, WEF Managing Director:

“I believe that there will be another crisis. It will be more significant. It will be faster than what we’ve seen with COVID. The impact will be greater, and as a result the economic and social implications will be even more significant.”

“There’s this POWER of darkness. That issue of light being there or not being there goes all the way back to Genesis 1:1, when it says, [1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

[2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
[3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
[4] And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

“You see, God’s presence was gone. Darkness and light ar used all through the Bible to contrast the glory of God and the absence of that glory. So when He says ‘God is light,’ literally, physically, the manifestation of His glory to His creation comes that way.

"When you think what would light intellectually convey to you, it would convey the issue of God’s knowledge. God knows everything. If you want to see something and the room’s dark, in Genesis 1 when He said, ‘Let there be light,’ what was He doing that for? He wanted the angelic host to see what He was doing.

“On that first day of re-creation there in Genesis 1, all He did that whole first day—every other day was filled with teeming activity, but on that day He just said, ‘Let there be light.’ It was so they could see.

“Intellectually, this dazzling display of the light of His presence brings the ability to see and it tells you there’s nothing that God doesn’t know; there’s nothing that escapes Him. Ephesians 5:13 says, [13] But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

“When we think about God’s light in a moral sense, we think about the issue of His integrity, of the holiness of God. Because if something is going to be made manifest, the Bible says ‘God is of pure eyes and cannot look upon sin.’

“If His presence brings to light everything that’s there, and ‘men love darkness more than light because their deeds are evil,’ well, then morally, ‘God is light’ has to do with the fact that His integrity, His holiness, is involved.

“God’s integrity is made up of two of His attributes—His justice and His righteousness. The righteousness of God is the standard of His integrity. His justice is the enforcer of His integrity.

*****

“James 1:17 says, [17] Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.’

“Now, that’s fascinating. Not only is there no darkness in Him; there is not even any shadow. No place where even the light of His glory, and the intense gaze of His integrity, is even shielded just a little bit.

“There’s no shadow. That’s saying God never turns Himself away from light so there would be a shadow on the side. He’s always looking one way—steadfast. He never changes. That’s the issue I John’s dealing with. We’re dealing with the manifestation of His glory. We’re dealing with the fact He knows it all and that He holds everything to that standard of what He knows.

*****

“Notice Verse 5 again in I John 1: [5] This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

“This is something John had already taught them about. There’s a strange little passage in John 1 that’s often not paid a lot of attention to.

“John 1: 4-5 says, ‘[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
[5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

“When you read that, you say, ‘Man, what kind of darkness can remain when the light goes on?! That’s a strange kind of darkness.’

“Darkness is the absence of light, but when light shows up, darkness flees away. Here’s a darkness that’s still there! Obviously it isn’t literal darkness. It’s a special kind of darkness; he’s talking about spiritual darkness.

“He’s talking about the spiritual darkness that existed in Israel. People who should have been the light to the world sat in darkness and when the source of light, the S-u-n of righteousness, when the light showed up in the darkness of Israel, when Jesus Christ came as the light, they still didn’t get it.

“John 8:12 says,  [12] Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

“Notice very carefully the definitions here. Spiritual light came into the darkened, unbelieving nation Israel, in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ, and they didn’t comprehend Him. He came unto His own and his own received Him not.

“Remember what Jesus said to the blind man in John 9: 4-5? [4] I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
[5] As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
.

“While He was there, the light shone, but some of them didn’t get it. John 12:35 says, [35] Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.’ ”

"Paul writes in II Corinthians 4, [3] But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
[4] In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
[5] For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
[6] For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
[7] But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

"The light of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ has shined into us. What you need to do in your life is demonstrate the value you've discovered to be in the Lord Jesus Christ. As you put that on display it will attract people; it will be the draw.

“To be transformed, there’s something inside of you which comes out. Jesus went up on the mount of transfiguration and who He was inside shined out of Him and that’s that word ‘transformed.’ "

God peppers Jerusalem with coals of fire

Ezekiel 10 ends with: [18] Then the glory of the LORD departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims.

[19] And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD's house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
[20] This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they were the cherubims.
[21] Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
[22] And the likeness of their faces was the same faces which I saw by the river of Chebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward.

"They literally have a war machine that they carry the glory of God on," explains Richard Jordan. "Literally, you're going to see the process of the Lord leaving and abandoning the nation Israel. It won't be permanent but it's real.

Ezekiel 10:2: [2] And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.

"The city of Jerusalem is going to be destroyed by fire. He's literally going to take coals of fire and pepper them on the city. It's going to be destroyed like Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed.

Genesis 19: [24] Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;

[25] And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

"Notice there are two Jehovahs in verse 24. The Lord rained down upon Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord in heaven.

"In a Hebrew Bible, in the Hebrew's concept of the godhead, they had no problem understanding there was more than one Jehovah.

"Sometimes people think the Old Testament doesn't have any idea about the trinity but it does, and in Ezekiel you'll see there's Jehovah on the throne, then there's Jehovah talking over here. It's because there's more than one member of the godhead.

"You have all of the godhead working in the casting out and taking away of the glory from Israel.

Revelation 11:7: [7] And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

[8] And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
[9] And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

"In other words, Jerusalem is in the spiritual condition of Sodom in Egypt. In Ezekiel 10, He judges them as He does Sodom because they're in the same spiritual idolatry and apostasy. God is going to wipe out His favored nation because of it.

"By the way, in II Kings 25 Jerusalem is destroyed by fire, so it's literally fulfilled but it's also a dress rehearsal for the last days.

"In a passage about the Antichrist, Isaiah 10: [16] Therefore shall the Lord, the Lord of hosts, send among his fat ones leanness; and under his glory he shall kindle a burning like the burning of a fire.

[17] And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day;

Isaiah 30: [30] And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

[31] For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.
[32] And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the LORD shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.
[33] For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.

"The Lord passes over and fire comes out and destroys His enemies; that's what He's describing back here.

Isaiah 33: [10] Now will I rise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.

[11] Ye shall conceive chaff, ye shall bring forth stubble: your breath, as fire, shall devour you.
[12] And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire.
[13] Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done; and, ye that are near, acknowledge my might.
[14] The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?

"God's judgment is going to come on them and they're not going to be able to stand. These cherubim are charged with going out and waging war against the enemies of Jehovah."

Abominations for dreams of angelic intervention

(new article tomorrow)

According to Wikipedia, "Child sacrifice is the ritualistic killing of children in order to please or appease a deitysupernatural beings, or sacred social order, tribal, group or national loyalties in order to achieve a desired result. As such, it is a form of human sacrifice. Child sacrifice is thought to be an extreme extension of the idea that, the more important the object of sacrifice, the more devout the person giving it up is."

In the Old Testament, Israel was constantly tempted to bring in physical idols to their temple (the physical house of God expressing His truth), representing a doctrinal thinking process that was corrupt, evil.

"All the physical starts with the spiritual; out of the heart are the issues of life," explains Richard Jordan. "The piano is a physical instrument with a physical piece of sheet music in front of it that the pianist plays off of, but you know really the music is a spiritual thing. It's not a physical entity. It has a spiritual origin. You can take a sledgehammer to the piano and burn up the sheet music, but you didn't destroy the music; just the physical representation.

"The physical is the expression of the life and idols were an expression of a doctrine of error, of the gods who were not the God of the Bible.

"In II Chronicles 33, Manasseh had a great daddy, Hezekiah, but he wasn't much of a son. He was 12 years old when he began to reign and he reigned 55 years in Jerusalem.

The passage says 'he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, like unto the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.

[3] For he built again the high places which Hezekiah his father had broken down, and he reared up altars for Baalim, and made groves, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.

"He goes out and reestablishes all of the false religion that his daddy had run out of Israel by taking the Word of God. Manasseh lets the darkness come back in.

"Notice verse 4: [4] Also he built altars in the house of the LORD, whereof the LORD had said, In Jerusalem shall my name be for ever.

"He literally brings in this Baal worship, with all these idols and idolatry, and puts an altar in the temple of the Lord for worship of all that false religion.

"Verse 5: [5] And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the LORD.

"All the angelic intervention, all the angelic host, all the stuff that goes all the way back to Genesis 11 when they built the Tower of Babel, where on the top they were going to reach to heaven.

"Manasseh, by the way, was to the southern kingdom of Judah what Ahab was to the northern kingdom of Israel. Ahab made Baal worship the official religion of the northern kingdom. Manasseh did for 55 years the same in the southern kingdom.

"His focus was so corrupt he brought it all the way into both the temple's outer and inner courts, and there he's sacrificing children to the false god, putting them through the fire. He's got all these abominations. He completely pollutes the whole thing with idolatry.

"Verse 6: [6] And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

"You read that and you say, 'Oh, it was so terrible back then,' but you know people do the same thing today.

"Believers say, 'I would never sacrifice my child to a heathen god,' but you'll sacrifice them to the world system out there and you'll let that world pollute their minds, whether it's through the TV, or the music they listen to, or the books they read, or the movies they watch, or the friends they associate with."

Magicians understood, 'This is finger of God'

Exodus 8: [15] But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

[16] And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
[17] And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
[18] And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.
[19] Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

"They couldn't reproduce the lice out of the dust. What did God create man from in Genesis 2? They could reproduce magical phenomena, but they couldn't reproduce the original creation act--life out of dirt. The magicians understood, 'We can't produce life; this is the finger of God.'

"The magicians are warning Pharaoh, 'This is the real God; this is the Creator.' And yet Pharaoh's heart was hardened to rebel against Him. He knows he's defying the Creator God and not the lesser gods.

Exodus 8: [30] And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and intreated the LORD.
[31] And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.
[32] And Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also, neither would he let the people go.

Exodus 9: [33] And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.
[34] And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.
[35] And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.

"Notice it says, 'He sinned yet more, and hardened his heart.' I learned this verse preaching at the Mobile Rescue Mission when I was young and this is a verse that helped me early on in regard to preaching the gospel.

Proverbs 29:1: [1] He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.

"The way that verse was quoted most of the time was, 'He that being often reproved AND hardeneth his neck.' But Brother Reynolds pointed out to me, 'That's not what that verse says. It says that the being often reproved hardens his neck.' Much reproof hardens your heart if you don't respond positively to it.

"When you hear God's Word and you ignore it and resist it, and you do what Pharaoh did and you 'sinned yet more,' that negative response to God's Word hardens.

"It's a reciprocal thing where God sends the message, and you don't want the message, and when you reject the message, it hardens your heart. So you blame it on God because He sent the message, but don't blame it on yourself for rejecting the message.

Romans 9: [17] For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
[18] Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

"God says, 'I raised you up, Pharaoh, put you on that throne, let you live on that throne. I didn't wipe you out and just take my people out. I sent all those plagues so I could show the superiority of my will against all of the gods of Egypt. and proclaim my name.'

"Jethro said it: 'Now I know; you're the God of gods.' Joshua 2, when the spies go in and there's Rahab, she says, 'We've been waiting 40 years for you guys to show up. Where you been? We heard what you did to the Egyptians and we knew that your God was the God of gods. We've been convinced for 40 years.' Why? Because they heard of the demonstration of Jehovah against the satanic powers that were there.

"So, there's this great contest going on. It's not just a light little thing. There's this principle in Israel's program where God will say, 'I'm going to do this,' and then He says, 'But not yet,' and He'll delay doing it in order to do something else first. And that happens over and over and over.

"Three times in the life of Christ He's going to do something and then He gets diverted and does something else. That delay principle is what Paul's talking about in Romans 9.

"God doesn't overrule free will, but when you make bad choices you get the result of it."

Hard-cast heart for Pharaoh worship

"As ancient Egyptian rulers, pharaohs were both the heads of state and the religious leaders of their people," explains a National Geographic article. "As the religious leader of the Egyptians, the pharaoh was considered the divine intermediary between the gods and Egyptians. Maintaining religious harmony and participating in ceremonies were part of the pharaoh’s role as head of the religion. As a statesman, the pharaoh made laws, waged war, collected taxes, and oversaw all the land in Egypt (which was owned by the pharaoh)."

*****

Isaiah 52: [4] For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.

[5] Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.
[6] Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

"Notice the Pharaoh who's going to oppress Israel in Exodus 1 is not an Egyptian; he's an Assyrian," explains Richard Jordan. "The Assyrian is a type and a picture of the Antichrist in the Prophets and he's back here in Exodus. What's going on back with Moses and Pharaoh is a spiritual battle.

Exodus 12:12: [12] For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.

"He's not just fighting the Egyptians; He's fighting the gods of the Egyptians. The ten plagues against Egypt are not just things that came out of the air. Those were specifically aimed at and a direct assault on the individual satanic pagan gods the Egyptians worshipped.

"He literally is combatting a satanic force in Egypt that now is being led by a usurper to the Egyptian throne who has come in there, because now he's going to seek to oppress the nation Israel and destroy them and hold them captive.

"The Lord knows that Pharaoh is not just an ornery old coot; He knows there's a spiritual battle going on and He knows that those in the spiritual battle are never going to give in and submit and agree to do what He tells them to do."

A reminder:
With all the secrets and mysteries that still surround the ancient Egyptians, "one thing that is known was their obsession with the gods, the universe, the afterlife, and the rituals surrounding these wonders," writes blogger Jeff Roberts. "One has to wonder why Egyptian symbology is so prominent in modern-day society. What secrets are the elite keeping from the general public?
"Throughout the course of Egyptian civilization there were many different deities, gods, and Pharaohs that were prominently worshipped and cycled through over time (think Hollywood and modern celebrity culture).
"Many Egyptians believed that the Pharaohs were part god or divine in nature, and so the people would follow the kingship with faith in the Pharaohs’ eternal secrets to life.
"Magic and the supernatural were important aspects of their spirituality, which was supposedly taught about in the mystery schools.
"Sacred rituals were common in Egyptian worshipping temples, and the 'hymns' that were chanted during these rituals were said to contain the power to harness energies for their bidding.
"Modern theories suggest that the Egyptians had made contact with extra-terrestrial life forms during which divine information was shared with the high-ranking members of the Egyptian society.
"It is suggested that this made an impact on the Egyptian’s fascination with the 'gods,' the supernatural, and the ritualistic ceremonies that were performed in the temples and mystery schools.
"The secret knowledge of the Egyptians was said to be kept hidden from the general public and was passed down over the millennia through secret societies such as the Freemasons and the Illuminati who maintained the ritualistic worship practices that was established in ancient Egypt.
"This could explain why there is so much Egyptian symbology found around the world today. For example, Obelisks from Egypt were transported out of the sacred archeological sites and spread across the world in such places as New York, London, Paris, and Rome where 13 Obelisks are stationed.
"Another example includes pyramid symbology in corporate logos, on the American dollar bill, and rampantly placed throughout music videos, movies, and television."

Behind the scenes of world affairs

(new article for certain tomorrow)

"Lucifer was the one, who like the Statue of Liberty, stood at the port of heaven and held forth the torch of the glory of God, and literally his responsibility was to lead to all of creation in worship of Almighty God. That's why he was created as the most beautiful and wisest creature in all of the spirit world.

"The stage of the resolution of the angelic conflict is on the earth. But the conflict starts in the heavens. So Satan's down here weakening the nations, trying to run the nations and cause them to do his will," says Richard Jordan.

Daniel 11: [2] And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.

"Greece is going to come and take over Persia, so Daniel has told them about Babylon. The kingdom of Babylon was replaced by the kingdom of Persia, which is going to be replaced by the kingdom of Greece.

"Historically there's going to be manifest on the earth kingdom after kingdom after kingdom, but Daniel's saying here that those kingdoms on the earth have a representation in the government of the heavens, in the angelic realm up there.

"Behind the scenes of world affairs, behind the scenes of the conflicts of nations on this earth, there's a spiritual conflict going on that's reflected in the angelic realm. What's happening as the nations of this earth work their wiles, it's an outworking of something more than just the animus between one nation and another.

"If you took Christendom off the scene and Judaism off the page, do you understand various sects of Islam fight one another just like Christian sects fight one another? It's in the blood; it's in human nature.

"The Median-Persian Empire that we read about in Scripture, those nations still exist today and the point in Daniel is the conflict that goes on behind the scenes in all that, there's a spiritual element to it that's really the real problem. This isn't anything new in the Bible."

*****

In I Kings 22, behind the scenes of the war Ahab's to engage in, is a spiritual conflict being worked out on a spiritual level not seen by the eye: [18] And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would prophesy no good concerning me, but evil?

[19] And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.
[20] And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.
[21] And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.
[22] And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.
[23] Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee.

"You can go to II Kings 6 and see the same thing with Elijah and his servant. You see this all through the Bible. If you go to Daniel 10, you'll see why the conflict is there.

"You see, the reason the prince of Persia in the heavens withstood Gabriel was that his master, Satan, was hostile toward Israel and didn't want Daniel and Israel to understand the revelation God had for them.

"He didn't want them to know God's plan so he sought to withstand Gabriel to keep him from delivering the diplomatic pouch with the information. The point is, again, there is a connection between the spiritual world and the affairs of this earth.

"Gentile nations have representation in the angelic realm. Daniel 12:1: [1] And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

"The nation Israel has representation in the angelic world. In fact, the head, the commander-in-chief of all the armies of heaven is called THEIR angel. Michael's job in the prophetic program is to guard the nation Israel and protect it; to keep it secured so they can accomplish God's purpose.

"That verse in Psalms where it says He'll give His angels charge over thee, that's what that's talking about. That's not talking about you riding down the freeway somewhere.

"Individuals in the Bible have had guardian angels. Acts 12: [14] And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate. [15] And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.

"It's not him but it's his guardian angel. Thinking about the tribulation period and God's care for that nation, Matthew 18:10 says, [10] Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

"Isaiah 14 is a prophetic passage speaking about the destruction of the Antichrist at the end of the tribulation period, where the nation Israel mocks him as he's cast off into hell. They mock him about his original plan: 'Hee, hee, you planned that; look at you now, buddy!'

"Verse 12: [12] How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!"

Costumed king of Israel is necromancer who becomes witch

I Samuel 28: [6] And when Saul inquired of the LORD, the LORD answered him not, neither by dreams nor by Urim, nor by prophets.

[7] Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and inquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.

"Saul is rejected; God is done with this guy. In verse 7, Saul's now going to participate with evil," explains Alex Kurz.

Verse 8: [8] And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee.

"On Halloween, you have all these kids roaming the neighborhood, extorting everybody's household, wearing disguises. I wonder where the Celts and the Druids got the idea of disguising themselves when you're dealing with somebody with a familiar spirit who's interested in conjuring up the souls of the dead. Personally, I think somebody stole it from I Samuel 28:8.

"Saul put on a costume before he made contact with this witch. As a type, you know what the king of Israel is doing? He's hiding his identity. He's at a horrible point where he's really wickedly insane due to chronic rebellion; his hardheartedness.

"There's a lot of typology (the Lord uses types, shadows and figures in teaching the nation Israel) in verse 8 about the nighttime. He takes off his identity and now he's going to join the unfruitful works of darkness.

Verse 9: [9] And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die?

"Historically, God called the Gentiles 'snares.' Kind of interesting. The tables are turned on Saul and he is now taking up this sad identity. He's becoming a substitute for the witch. He's becoming the witch! He's doing everything the pagans did--the witches and the warlocks and so on.

"The Lord's view of Saul is, 'You're the necromancer.' Gentiles were always called snares, thorns and thistles to the nation of Israel, and Saul is a pagan. I'm not going to say he's acting like one, because in chapter 28 he IS a pagan at this juncture.

Verse 10: [10] And Saul sware to her by the LORD, saying, As the LORD liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.

"The Lord said 'thou shalt not use the Lord's name in vain,' and that's what it means. That means you don't swear an oath using the Lord's name.

"By the way, Saul's a false prophet. We know from I Samuel 18:10 that Saul is a prophet. What he's doing is saying, 'I swear to God.'

"What's fascinating is the witch is not put to death; Saul is. There's a dynamic here. God is communicating something to Saul about who he now is.

Verses 11-12: [11] Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel. [12] And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.

"I do not believe this witch had any supernatural power to call anyone, let alone Samuel, out from the dead. I Samuel 2:6 says, [6] The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.

"No human being has a supernatural capacity to conjure up the souls of the dead. My opinion is a familiar spirit, they do COUNTERFEIT someone's identity, but they don't have the supernatural capacity to call someone out of hell, or for that matter, Samuel who is Abraham's bosom.

"Notice what Samuel says to Saul in verse 15: [15] And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.

"Samuel isn't giving the witch any credit. He's saying, 'You, Saul, you're the necromancer, you're the wizard who has dsquieted me.'

"The Bible view is this woman's really a nobody and Saul is held fully responsible for what's taking place.

"Going back to verse 12, when it says 'the woman cried with a loud voice,' something happened which she never witnessed before. Guess who really is coming up from the dead? It's Samuel.

"She screams in terror. The loud voice is evidence that suggests this was out of the normal; it was extraordinary.

Verse 13: [13] And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.

"No indication she was terrified by that. Personally, I wonder if she was used to seeing this. If she is a medium with familiar spirits, she's making contact with fallen angels.

"There are good gods (small g) and there are bad gods (small g). This woman doesn't appear to be terrorized by the gods; she reacts to seeing Samuel. This is a miracle God is performing, not by the witch but in spite of the witch. She's not the issue here.

"It's interesting that she says, 'I saw gods ascending out of the earth.' There are passages in the Bible showing a correlation between the spiritual realm and the physical realm and I take this as she's familiar with seeing these entities coming up out of the earth

"Psalm 83:1-8 lists the 10-nation confederacy the Antichrist will lead against the extermination of God's people, Israel. These 10 nations are under 10 kings (the 10 toes) who are not ordinary human beings. They're actually fallen angels. They're made of iron and they're trying to mix with clay.

Verse 9-10: [9] Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:

[10] Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth.

"Think about that for a second. Here is a prophecy regarding the future 10-nation confederacy under the command and leadership of the Antichrist. When you talk about the gods, you're talking about these fallen entities and what we have is this appeal, 'Destroy them.'

"Why Endor? What happened at Endor?

Judges 5:19-20: [19] The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money.

[20] They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.

"These are fallen angels. There's some wild, bizarre activity that's taking place in the stars that influences and impacts the battle taking place on the earth.

"I kind of wonder, well, because of the impending battle and potential destruction of the nation of Israel, is there this unseen Satanic activity just as we witness here in Judges 5."

Jews' origin for all man's religions

(new article tomorrow)

"Every religion found among mankind has its origin, in some particular way, in the religion God gave Israel.

"It’s a fascinating thing when you study it through," says Richard Jordan. "Study Islam, Hinduism . . . I was reading through the Bhagavad Gita, one of the Hindu holy books, and I’m in this one passage thinking, ‘Wow, man, that’s Leviticus!’ You say, ‘How’d they know about that?!’ Well, it got out.

“You watch Islam. Ramadan is here and they make the pilgrimage. Well, three times a year, every Jew had to go back to Jerusalem, make a pilgrimage. Deuteronomy 16:16. It was required of them. Not just once in a lifetime but every year.

“The Muslims pray toward Mecca. Well, where did Daniel pray toward? Jerusalem. Why? That’s where God’s temple was.

“You look at all that corrupted stuff out there . . . Israel, who had the ‘pure religion,’ as the Bible calls it, corrupted their religion with the false and it’s a screwball kind of a thing where, ‘I’ve got the real thing and you’ve got the fake thing, but I like your fake thing, too, so I’ll bring your fake thing into my real thing and corrupt my real thing, and now both of us don’t have anything worth having!'

“They just swap things around and that’s why II Kings 17 says about Israel that they worship Jehovah and serve Baal. You say, 'How do you do that?!'

"Well, go to any church in America today and you can see it happening. Go to a Catholic church, Orthodox church, Catholic-sympathizing Protestant church, which is pretty much everybody, and you see all those kinds of things.

“I just had a conversation with a brother who's dealing with people in his assembly about the Lord’s Supper; they're glued to doing it in the traditional mini-Protestant Mass form and they think it’s an absolute requirement it be done that way.

"I’m thinking, ‘You know, even if I thought what they wanted to do was right, making it an absolute requirement is exactly the opposite of what I Corinthians 11 says to do.’ You think, 'Where’d that come from?' Tradition gets a hold on you.

*****

“God says in Isaiah 1:13-15 [13] Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
[14] Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
[15] And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

“When He says there ‘you spread forth your hands,’ that’s how the religions pray. You know why people do that when they pray? It’s, ‘Pour down the blessing, Lord!’ Have you ever watched a Catholic priest do the Mass? Why do they do that?

"You ever watch the Charismatic folks on the TV? Why do they do it? They haven’t got a consciousness of God living inside of them. Why do you want God to drop you something if you understand He lives inside you? ‘What’s He dropping down? He’s in here!’

“Things that you do mean things. People say, ‘Well, Paul says over in Timothy to lift up holy hands.’ Well, as soon as you get holy hands, lift them up, but until then, understand that’s a figure of speech. That’s not talking about the posture of your hands. I’ve looked at most of you all’s hands and they aren’t that holy.

“By the way, people use this passage in Isaiah 1 to say, ‘See, God really didn’t want Israel to have all that bloody religion.’ Yes, He did. He gave it to them! He just wanted them to do it in faith, not make a religious system out of it; not have ‘idols in their heart,’ as Ezekiel says.

*****

“Go to Ezekiel 36 and see how the land had been polluted and made unclean by the blood of the idolaters and offering the children to Molech. All that blood of idolatry, He takes them out of that land for the 70 years so the land can have rest.

“In Isaiah 1, when He says, ‘So is this people,’ He’s talking about Israel and every work of their hand; everything they’ve done in their religion is unclean, unacceptable.

"Talking to the nation Israel, He says they’re spiritually Sodom and Gomorrah: '[10] Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.' The Book of Revelation calls them that.

“The nation Israel is in an absolute condition of rebellion. He calls them that at the end of verse 2. Isaiah 1:4 says, '[4] Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.'

“That’s His description of them spiritually before they go into captivity. Haggai is telling them, ‘You’re still in that spiritual condition.’

“Isaiah 1:11 says, [11] To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

“The problem isn’t that God didn’t give them commandments and instructions about burnt offerings and so forth; it’s that they’re not bringing them in faith. The Book of Leviticus says ‘if any man will.’ They made a religion out of the sacrifices.

"He says ‘bring no more vain oblations.’ They’d developed the Jew’s religion into a vain religious system. Jesus said, ‘In vain do you worship me, teaching doctrines of men.’ ”

Israel adopts idols, i.e., aids to fallen-angel devil worship

I Samuel 28:7: [7] Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and inquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.

"This is a rather sad testimony," explains Alex Kurz. "It's rather appalling that his servants--how would they know there's a woman in Endor? By the way, Endor is about six miles southeast of Gilboa.

"Those three cities (including Shunem) are in an area Matthew calls 'Galilee of the Gentiles'. Saul is in Gilboa and Endor is three miles behind enemy lines.

"Saul crosses enemy lines to make contact with this spirit. See, that's what apostasy does. What does the apostate do? They align themselves with the satanic policy of evil and begin to participate with it.

"A lot of Christians completely miss what Matthew 4:15-16 is describing: [15] The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;

[16] The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.

"Most Christian ministries will teach that Jesus is out there preaching to the Gentiles and that is an absolute impossibility. You know why that is. What does Jesus say in Matthew 10? 'Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.'

"Jesus is deliberately calling out believing Israel, the 'little flock', from an area historically identified as Galilee of the Gentiles. Why is it called that? This area was filled with tremendous hatred and persecution against the nation of Israel.

"It was inhabited by the Gentiles and the Israelites are in that land, which ultimately belongs to God because it's part of the land of Canaan

"Because the Israelites are now exposed--and sadly become influenced by the Canaanites, the Hittites and Baal worship--they are deeply influenced by the Gentile political system, economic system and culture.

"Israel begins to adopt the pagan religious practices taking place in that area. Hence, it's a land called 'great darkness'; it's the shadow of death.

"The 'shadow of death', by the way, is used to describe these Gentiles who were always harassing and threatening the nation of Israel. This area is a real hotbed of devil activity and, by the way, that's why the witch says, 'I see gods.'

Joshua 17:11: [11] And Manasseh had in Issachar and in Asher Beth-shean and her towns, and Ibleam and her towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and her towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns, even three countries.

"Endor is a word that comes from a Hittite term that means 'primeval gods or ancestor gods.' Just think about that when this witch in Endor says, 'I see gods ascending out of the earth.' Endor is just south of the middle of Galilee of the Gentiles, but it's right in the heart of this Gentile pagan activity.

"Notice verse 12: [12] Yet the children of Manasseh could not drive out the inhabitants of those cities; but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

"That's the problem right there. Israel was given clear instruction: 'You evict the inhabitants of this land.' Why? Because it belongs to God. Unfortunately, the tribe of Manasseh didn't drive out those Canaanites that are dwelling in the Promised Land.

"What were some of these pagan peoples' religious practices? The Lord warned through Moses of the potential disaster to occur because of the Gentile presence.

Deuteronomy 18: 9-12: [9] When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

[10] There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
[11] Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
[12] For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

"Verse 10 is all about child sacrifice. Read Isaiah 57 for a disturbing account of what Israel did. They began to sacrifice their own children. Where? In this area inhabited by pagans who weren't evicted, which explains why Israel began to adopt those practices.

Psalm 106:33: [33] Because they provoked his spirit, so that he spake unadvisedly with his lips.

[34] They did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the LORD commanded them:
[35] But were mingled among the heathen, and learned their works.
[36] And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them.
[37] Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils,
[38] And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.

"Verse 37 says they sacrificed their children unto devils. There is a direct correlation in Scripture between the small 'g' gods, the idols and the devils. That's why God said, 'You got to kill these people.'

"When God warns against familiar spirits and necromancing, the reason is there are fallen angels who are operating in that region. That's why God had such strict, severe warnings that were issued.

"Did they sacrifice their sons and daughters unto devils or to the idols? Idols are merely a physical representation. They serve as an aid to worship. A devil, which is a fallen angel, are unseen spirits. They need a medium through which humanity can make contact with and worship them.

"You remember when God gave the 10 Commandments? [3] Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

[4] Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

"He goes from 'no other gods' to 'no graven image.' There's a direct correlation between the fallen angels, the gods, and idolatry. The idol is nothing more than a memento, a souvenir, but it is a dangerous aid to real fallen-angel devil worship. The Bible doesn't mess around with that kind of stuff."
