Glorifying Nimrod

“Some people believe that the Masons trace their spiritual origins back to the builders of the Tower of Babel, and that Nimrod, as the initiator or primary supporter of the project, played a crucial role in the establishment of Freemasonry.

“In this view, the tower represents the first large-scale joint effort in engineering and architecture, laying the foundation for the traditions and practices of masonry.

“Some conspiracy theories claim that Nimrod was a founder or significant figure in the secret society of Freemasonry. These theories allege that Freemasonry perpetuates or carries on Nimrod’s legacy and seeks to establish a new world order."

The universal sentiment of the Masons of the present day is to confer upon Solomon, King of Israel, the honor of being their "first Grand Master." But the Legend of the Craft had long before, though there was a tradition of the temple extant, bestowed, at least by implication, that title upon Nimrod, the King of Babylonia and Assyria. It had attributed the first organization of a fraternity of craftsmen to him, in saying that he gave a charge to the workmen whom he sent to assist the King of Nineveh in building his cities.

It was the first time that the Craft were organized into a fraternity working under a Constitution or body of laws; and as Nimrod was the autocratic maker of these laws, it results as a necessary consequence, that their first legislator, legislating with dictatorial and unrestricted sovereign power, was also their first Grand Master.

Revelation 2:20: [20] Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

Jezebel pushed Baal worship into the nation Israel and, through her husband, Ahab, made this Babylonian religion the official religion--the STATE religion--of the nation Israel, explains Richard Jordan.

Notice he talks about Baalim and he talks about the woman. There's something you need to remember about Baal worship. There's a female deity associated with this religion Baal worship; you're not simply worshipping a god in the male sense, a man-god.

Judges 2: [10] And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.

[11] And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim:
[12] And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger.
[13] And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.
[14] And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.

Here you're seeing the REASON God first sent that FIRST cycle of chastising judgment upon Israel--the one He told them He would send if they broke His covenant.

Israel is fixing to go through a horrendous period of chastisement from the Lord and when you read that thing about "provoking the Lord to anger," that's the reference back to Leviticus 26 when they provoke Him to punish them and to chasten them for their sins and the reason for it all has to do with they've forsaken the Lord and they go out and serve other gods and they're committing spiritual adultery.

Ashtaroth is a female goddess; she is a goddess whose origin goes back to Nimrod. All of the Babylonian religion goes back to Genesis 10 and 11.

Over and over as you see this Baal worship appear in the Bible, there is associated with it this female deity who is involved in propagating the worship, almost like the false prophet is in the tribulation.

It's almost like the relationship the false prophet has to the beast, the Antichrist, this female deity has toward Baal and the worship of Baal. She is used in the system to promote people's allegiance to Baal and to commit the spiritual fornication and to participate in the idolatry and she is a key figure in the Babylonian religion to that end.

You're going to see that in every system of idolatry in every culture, and in all the nations of the earth, you can find this woman and you can find the same system and all these various forms all have their origin back in Genesis 10 and 11 with Nimrod.

These are passages that ought to be well-worn in your Bible; you ought to be fully aware of what's going on in these passages because it's a critical point in human history. It is as dispensationally significant a point as Acts 7 is in the Book of Acts.

Two of the major dividing lines in God's dealings with men take place in what most people never even think about as significant places.

In Genesis 10 and 11 is a rebellion of mankind. Paul describes it in Romans 1; he says it was at this point God gives up mankind and gives up the nations and allows them to walk in their own ways and He suffers them to go on in their own ignorance. Why? “They did not like to retain God in their knowledge.”

In Genesis 12, He calls out one man by the name of Abram and makes him a promise of a seed and a nation that would come from him; that would be the nation that belonged to God. All the other nations didn’t want God; they’d been let go of and given up.

And the middle wall of partition between Israel and God’s nation and all the nations of the earth begins to be erected in Genesis 12.

That middle wall of partition, dispensationally, has been the issue all the way down until you come to the time of the Apostle Paul, where the middle wall falls.

So, something tremendous was going on back there in Genesis 10 and 11 and what happens is this rebellion headed up by Nimrod.

They come off Noah’s Ark and go out and begin to propagate on the earth, and one of Ham’s descendants, Nimrod, comes out here and I was fascinated to hear a woman on the television from some church down on the Southside of Chicago.

She’s bouncing around and singing and carrying on, building up a sweat. She’s preaching, man, getting on with it, you know, and her subject was Nimrod; about him being a great guy and a hero, and how wonderful it was to be a descendant of Nimrod.

I never heard anybody glorify Nimrod and I asked Brother Art Johnson (head preacher of Shorewood South in Chicago), and you won’t find anybody who’s studied the Bible any better than Art, “Have you heard that before in the black community?” He said, “Well, yeah, there’s a book out where they’re glorifying Nimrod.”

God's version of United Nations

Another outtake from study by Richard Jordan on Revelation 16:

He says in Revelation 16: [13] And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
[14] For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

These demonic spirits are going to go out and deceive the nations into coming together to fight against the Lord Jesus Christ.

The issue here is that these spirits--the devils that come out of the mouth of the dragon, the beast and the false prophet--go out and deceive the nations, and through their ministrations all the world is deceived. The kings of the earth are deceived into gathering themselves together against the Lord.

Zephaniah 3:8 is one of the more peculiar verses in the Bible. It’s so different from what the religious mind has taught you to think that sometime it’s a little difficult to comprehend.

[8] Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.

When does Jehovah rise up to the prey? At the Second Coming. He says, “For my determination is to gather the nations.” Here’s what God determined to do.

Somebody says, “I knew it; God established the United Nations.” Well, you know, that’s not too far from the truth, but it isn’t the way they mean it.

“My determination,” God says, “is to form a United Nations that I may gather the kingdoms together to pour on them all my fierce anger.”

That’s why over in Isaiah 10 when God describes the Antichrist, He says he’s “the rod of mine indignation in my hand.” God uses the wrath of men to praise Him.

Oh, I hope I can impress upon your heart about this. There’s something going on here in the deception of the religious system, and the world system out there, that God Almighty is going to use in order to accomplish His purpose.

Again, verse 13: [13] And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

Notice that these spirits are satanic and they’re working miracles. Now, for some people, a supernatural demonstration, or the appearance of one, is the answer to any question or doubt whether or not God was involved.

These spirits of devils, Satan’s cohorts, are working miracles and God is allowing it in order to use that to damn some people with and destroy them.

You know, that’s heavy to me when I think about it. I think how God can use even that rebellion of men to accomplish His purpose.

Revelation 13: [11] And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

[12] And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
[13] And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
[14] And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

This man has a power and a wonders ministry! He’s going along and the big banner over his cause is, “Power Ministry! Miracles! Wonders! Signs! Miraculous demonstrations!”

Verse 15: [15] And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

This false prophet has miracle-working power that is satanic in origin and is designed to carry on the purpose of Satan.

Revelation 16: [16] And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

The Hebrew word for Armageddon means “the hill of the crowd,” or “the hill of the multitude.” You’ll find it’s a very popular place in your Old Testament for wars and battles. They don’t just take place on the hill, but there’s a great plain that goes out called the “plain of Megiddo.” Joel calls it the “valley of decision.”

There’s this wrong idea that there’s just going to be this one big battle in this valley and that’s where Christ’s going to come, and it’s all going to be over with, but the Second Advent of Jesus Christ is a LONG campaign; a war waged across all of Palestine.

The place where Armageddon is one place of intense warfare where Jesus Christ personally meets the Antichrist. Jesus Christ fights all up and down the Mediterranean coast, fighting in all of that area.

Revelation 14: [19] And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
[20] And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

When he talks about the blood up to the horse’s bridles, he’s not talking about the blood being that deep, in the sense that a swimming pool is up to my neck. He’s talking about being SPLASHED that high.

It’s not like dirt; you can’t pile up blood—it would flow out. What it is like is in Zechariah 1: [7] Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying,
[8] I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white.

The army comes back and the first horses are red, the next horses are speckled and the next horses are white.

Notice how long it says in verse 20: “By the space of a thousand six hundred furlongs.” That’s estimated to be 180 miles. You go out 180 miles from Jerusalem and draw a radius around. Even beyond the border of the country, blood’s going to splattered!

You know something, there’s going to be a real war that goes on over there. It’s going to cover a lot more than Armageddon. So why is Armageddon the issue over here? Because, folks, in any battle, there’s a key point where things turn.

The Antichrist, when he sends the armies of the world, and the nations are against the Lord Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ comes back and starts destroying them, that begins to cause that blood to flow and the campaign to begin.

You’ll see verses after verses on this battle, but there comes a point where the Antichrist comes himself against the Lord and that’s where that (key point’s) going to be. Jesus Christ meets him out on that battlefield and destroys his army.

Endless Exceeding

Job says that by God’s spirit “he hath garnished the heavens.”

Richard Jordan explains, “When He put the stars out there, He didn’t just go, ‘Ehh, here’s a few stars.’ He literally decorated the heavens. The earth is the center and He put the stars out there in relationship to that to make it interesting and to decorate.

“In the new heaven and the new earth, God takes away the curse of sin and all its debilitating effect. Think about how pock-marked the front side of the moon is. In the Flood, God brought sheets of ice out through the universe. He opened the fountains of heaven, and the water up there is the remnants of that. It was a just a hail storm of stuff.

“Isaiah 9:7 says, ‘Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end.’ Notice it’s the increase of His government. It’s not just that there’s no end to His government. That means that after the Millennium, when death is done away with, the increase is always going to be there. So eventually Planet Earth is going to become saturated.

“The heavens are divided into twelve sections. The earth is divided into twelve sections. Deuteronomy 32:8 says, ‘When the most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.’

“Things on the earth correspond to things in the heavens (Colossians 1). That’s why there are 24 elders in Revelation 24. In the heaven up there, there are universes, solar systems, whatever you want to call them, that correspond to ours.

“Revelation 22 starts, ‘And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.’

“In the new heaven and new earth, there’s going to be that 12-month cycle, and the way I understand that is, each month one of those 12 sections, it will be their month for the fruit and so forth.

“Each one of those months, people in that section of the earth are transported to one of these new planets. You’ll have a new Adam and Eve out there. You and I, as members of the Body of Christ, will be there to be what the Lord Jesus Christ was for Adam and Eve in the Garden.

“You understand the Lord God that walked in the cool of the day with Adam was the second person of the godhead. The difference is there will never be any sin. All that’s been settled. He’s going to create a universe populated with people who honor and glorify Him.

“Since it’s clear that ‘the increase of his government there will be no end,’ there’s going to have to be some way to extricate people off the planet. If we can send people to the moon, the Lord can get up there.

“One thing knowing all that does is it helps us understand that what we’re going to be doing out there is a whole lot more than just floating on a cloud.

“It’s not true to say there’s no time in eternity. That would mean there’s no events. Time is the way you measure phenomena and the distance between events. If you don’t have time, there’s no movement. In eternity in God’s presence there is movement. So there has to be time in that sense.

“What there is is endless time in eternity. The Bible talks about world without end. Eons without end, that type of thing--ages to come.

“Here’s the part about that that thrills me: ‘That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.’ (Ephesians 2:7)

“There’s more than one age and in each age you’re going to show the exceeding riches of His grace. That means in this age, you’re going to show the riches of His grace, and in the next age, you’re going to EXCEED the demonstration from before. Every age will be more exceeding in the demonstration of His grace.

“I use an illustration about Adam and Eve. Adam goes out and gets supper. He works in the Garden and comes home with a bushel of peaches and says, ‘Sugar, I think you’re going to like these. I ate one and they’re good.’ She says, ‘Man they are!’

“So the next day she takes those peaches and says, ‘You know, I bet if I sliced these up and put a little sugar on them they’d be even better.’ Adam comes home and says, ‘Man, these peaches are better than the ones yesterday!’ This is just exceeding good. So the next day, Eve bakes them and makes a peach cobbler. That’s better than the sliced peaches. It’s sort of goes like that.

“We’re going to have this endless exceeding, and what’s going to happen is ‘in Him are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.’

“So, you’re just going to learn more about Him and appreciate Him more, value Him more, and you’re going to think it couldn’t get any better, and in the next stage, it’s going to be even better. You’re never going to stop learning more about Him."

God: 'Have a pint of blood on me'

Continuation of yesterday's post from Richard Jordan study on Revelation 16 and a related note at the bottom:

If you poison the sea water you haven’t poisoned all the water yet, so in verse four now you’ve got it all:

[4] And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

Now you don’t just have the sea and the creatures in the sea dying and, by the way, when he says every living soul died in the sea, that demonstrates to you that animals, even fish life, have souls. But those living souls die when the animal dies.

Verse four is saying there’s no drinking water left at all. All the drinking water has become blood and you know what they’re going to do? They’re going to say, “Agh, those Israelites; they did it! They dropped a pill in the water system and polluted it and poisoned it and turned it to blood!”

You’ve got to notice the progression that’s going on here? If a man’s going to take a drink, it’s going to be blood.

Three times in your Bible—Genesis 9 before the law, God told man, “Don’t drink blood.” Under the law, in Leviticus 17, blood is forbidden to be drunk. Ater the law, over in Acts 15, blood was forbidden.

So before the law, under the law and under grace, you’re instructed in the Word of God not to drink blood. What does God do at this point in the tribulation? He fixes it so that all they’ve got to drink is blood.

You want to go take a bath; it’s like the blood of a dead man. You want to go down to the beach and take a sunbath and have a little dip? It’s the blood of a dead man. You want to go to the refrigerator and get you a cool glass of water? What are you going to get? Blood of a dead man. Blood, blood, everywhere you go, blood to drink.

You know how much drinking people are going to do? Not much. Can you imagine what it would take to purify that stuff and make it drinkable and usable?

You talk about inflation and you talk about skyrocketing prices and you talk about the “haves” and the “have nots,” brother. Just a canteen of something to drink and you can’t get it.

Notice verse 5 and the response that we get from the first three of these things and notice the interesting expression “the angels of the waters”:

[5] And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

That means angels have spheres of responsibility. Here’s an angel responsible for the water territory. Just like I’ve been teaching you for years about the government of the universe in the hands of angelic creatures.

The angel says, “Lord, you’re doing what’s right and what’s just. They’ve slain the blood of the saints and of the prophets,” and you can’t go through Revelation and miss what he’s talking about.

Revelation 17:6: [6] And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

In the worship services that that great whore, that religious prostitute religion called Baal worship in this Bible, the standard worship service in a Baalite operation, in a Baalite church, is to drink blood.

They were drunken with the blood of the saints. You know what they did? They go out there and their drink offerings of blood--they actually took the saints of God and offered them as sacrifices and take their blood and consume their blood.

You can say, “Well, that’s figurative and just means He spilled it and killed them,” or you can take it like it says it and say they took it and , “Glug, glug, drank it down,” and what God says is, “You want blood? You got to have blood? You going to pollute the land with blood? I’ll give you some blood!”

And the angel says, “Lord, you’re righteous in what you’re doing.” Back in Matthew 23, He says: [35] That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

You remember what Israel said when Pilate washed his hands? Matthew 27: [24] When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
[25] Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

You know what’s happening? It’s catching up to them. They’re worthy. They’re in absolute, total rebellion against God and there isn’t anything in this passage for them but wrath and judgment, and it’s being meted out in a way that gets right to the heart of their problem.

God puts His finger right on where their rebellion is and presses and turns.

I was curious about something related to my post last night and after typing in something into Google this article from Britain's The Mirror, posted just yesterday, popped up:

North Korean soldiers guarding the country ’s nuclear programme are dying of agonising diseases with horrifying oozing sores, according to a defector.

Kim Jeong-ae lived close to the Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Centre before escaping to the south. She claimed her brother, Kim Jong-chul, spent 13 years guarding the facility after getting conscripted, and banned from visiting his family . . . 

“We thought it was all because of the hardship he had faced in the army, but we never thought he had been exposed to radiation. His legs were thin and infected with open wounds, so bad that I could not even look at them. It was an appalling sight - a mixture of pus and blood was dried on one side, and on the other side there were still oozing wounds."

Walking putrefying mess? 'Let's blame Israel's believing remnant!'

Here's an outtake from study by Richard Jordan on Revelation 16:

That stuff was so contagious that the germ would get in the house and contaminate it and the house would have to be quarantined.

Jude 23: [23] And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Here’s a bunch of people in the tribulation who have taken the mark of the beast and gotten these oozing sores and the puss and corruption out of the sores gets stuck in their garment.

When I was a kid we used to have boils and styes. I’d wake up in the morning and the stye would be running at night, and I can still remember the horror of waking up and not being able to get my eyes open and my mother would have to take a hot washcloth and wipe that corruption off my eyelids.

I can remember having boils on my legs, and as a kid you’d go out and play and the boil would burst and the oozing puss would run out and get in your blue jeans and then you try to take those things off and have to peel them off your skin. You had to sit down in the bath tub just to loosen your clothes off of you.

Well, these people are going to have that kind of thing all over them! They took the mark of the beast and now God plagues them with the plague of leprosy.

They take the mark of the beast and God’s wrath falls on them and He hits them with disease--this ulcerous, cankerous, corrupting, flesh-consuming leprosy. This spot, this sore that comes on them, and they walk around with this putrefying mess on them all the time.

Now I don’t know where they’ll think they got it from. Knowing how the world is and how the world sees those kinds of problems when they come along, they’ll probably blame it on the remnant of Israel.

They’ll say, “They’re the carriers! They don’t have it and we’ve got it. Everybody in the land is botched with this stuff except them—you must be the guys carrying it. You’ve got the bug; let’s war!” All that kind of stuff becomes ways the Antichrist will turn people on the “believing remnant” in Israel.

Revelation 16: [3] And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
[4] And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

The sea is the Mediterranean as we’ve already seen it back in Revelation 8. He poured out the blood there and that’s like Moses hath power to turn the water to blood and so forth. So you’re still in this Egypt kind of a plague thing.

Revelation 8: [8] And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
[9] And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
[10] And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
[11] And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

Some kind of meteoric kind of a heavenly body as a great mountain falls down out of the sky and lands in the Mediterranean, and when it does it exterminates them.

A third part of the creatures out there and their blood just comes up and corrupts the sea out there and a third part of the shipping industry is destroyed and it’s all just turned to blood and you’ve seen that happen. You’ve seen fish being herded in the sea and the sharks come. You used to watch the TV show “Sea Hunt.” This is going to be on a MASSIVE scale where a third part . . .

Now, in Revelation 16 it’s not just a third part—it’s the whole thing! The WHOLE sea is turned into—and I don’t know. The angel pours out his vial so maybe there’s another celestial invasion of celestial bodies and meteors like the great mountain there that come as fire out of the heavens and assaults the Mediterranean Sea.

Magicians understood, 'This is finger of God'

Exodus 8: [15] But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

[16] And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
[17] And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
[18] And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.
[19] Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

They couldn't reproduce the lice out of the dust. What did God create man from in Genesis 2? They could reproduce magical phenomena, but they couldn't reproduce the original creation act--life out of dirt. The magicians understood, "We can't produce life; this is the finger of God," explains Richard Jordan.

The magicians are warning Pharaoh, 'This is the real God; this is the Creator.' And yet Pharaoh's heart was hardened to rebel against Him. He knows he's defying the Creator God and not the lesser gods.

Exodus 8: [30] And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and intreated the LORD.

[31] And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.
[32] And Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also, neither would he let the people go.

Exodus 9: [33] And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

[34] And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.
[35] And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.

Notice it says,"'He sinned yet more, and hardened his heart." I learned this verse preaching at the Mobile Rescue Mission when I was young and this is a verse that helped me early on in regard to preaching the gospel.

Proverbs 29:1: [1] He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.

The way that verse was quoted most of the time was, "He that being often reproved AND hardeneth his neck." But Brother Reynolds pointed out to me, "That's not what that verse says. It says that the being often reproved hardens his neck." Much reproof hardens your heart if you don't respond positively to it.

When you hear God's Word and you ignore it and resist it, and you do what Pharaoh did and you 'sinned yet more,' that negative response to God's Word hardens.

It's a reciprocal thing where God sends the message, and you don't want the message, and when you reject the message, it hardens your heart. So you blame it on God because He sent the message, but don't blame it on yourself for rejecting the message.

Romans 9: [17] For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

[18] Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

God says, "I raised you up, Pharaoh, put you on that throne, let you live on that throne. I didn't wipe you out and just take my people out. I sent all those plagues so I could show the superiority of my will against all of the gods of Egypt. and proclaim my name."

Jethro said it: "Now I know; you're the God of gods." Joshua 2, when the spies go in and there's Rahab, she says, "We've been waiting 40 years for you guys to show up. Where you been? We heard what you did to the Egyptians and we knew that your God was the God of gods. We've been convinced for 40 years." Why? Because they heard of the demonstration of Jehovah against the satanic powers that were there.

So, there's this great contest going on. It's not just a light little thing. There's this principle in Israel's program where God will say, "I'm going to do this," and then He says, "But not yet," and He'll delay doing it in order to do something else first. And that happens over and over and over.

Three times in the life of Christ He's going to do something and then He gets diverted and does something else. That delay principle is what Paul's talking about in Romans 9.

God doesn't overrule free will, but when you make bad choices you get the result of it.

Electrifying?!

In my last post I wrote about how Jeremiah was a "P.K.", meaning preacher's kid. I was in my 20s when I learned that M.K. was the name for people like me--the daughter of missionary parents.

For the record, we were a missionary family (including our poodle, Mimi) living at the doorstep of the Amazon forest in Shell, Ecuador, in the same compound as our predecessors, Nate Saint and Jim and Elisabeth Elliot!!!

To me, that is the most mind-blowing thing! I'll never be able to comprehend it and thank goodness I did maintain my Christian faith through my life, because, in fact, my peer and only classmate in the same grade, Lisa Swanson (daughter of Wally Swanson, the doctor mentioned by name in the movie, "End of the Spear"), married a Jewish man and she "converted," as her father told me in a phone call I made to him within a year of my father's untimely death.

He told me that Lisa, who was the exact same age as me, married a Jewish man and they were living on an island in Brazil! He said to me, "Pray for Lisa that she will come back to her (New Testament) faith."

Wally was the one who knew that my father was popping pills (uppers and downers) while we were at the HCJB outlet there in Shell (named after the oil company) in 1971-'73.

My mom says it was because my dad resented Wally "prying into his business" that he shirked his responsibilities at the hospital where he was Wally's only fellow surgeon.

She always tells this story of how my father was in our apartment one day, purposefully denying his surgeon duties while my mom was using the laundry room. Wally's wife, Charlotte, came in the room and said, "Tell your husband that Wally is in surgery all by himself." Complete, utter embarrassment for my mom, not to mention the internal sorrow.

The fact is my dad would many times take a bus to another town that had a coffee shop and read a book (he packed a barrel full!) all day. My mom said he would be gone all day long and we wouldn't see him back until dinner time.

All I know is my dad packed for our missionary stint like it was going to be forever. He packed up all his LP records, for one. In addition to some really old jazz, classical, show tunes, opera (Mario Lanza specifically), patriotic (ala Kate Smith), etc., were records of famous singers (including Mahalia Jackson) singing old-fashioned hymns.

When I called Wally soon after my dad's death, he told me, "Your dad did a huge service to us all by bringing the medicine and supplies."

The fact is my dad brought down military-use AIR SHIPPING barrels full of pills, injectables, you name it. These same drugs saved people's lives!!!

There was a fellow missionary, Alonzo, who was single and sent to the camp as some sort of punishment by his rich father who was in the Coca-Cola business. Alonzo was from Brazil and very good-looking. The two single missionary ladies from the United States (one was a nurse and the other my teacher) fell for him in a big way.

Anyway, Alonzo collaborated with my dad in writing a sort of "PDR" in the native languages so people would know what the pills and injectables were all for!

Growing up in Loudonville, OH (1975-'82), we had the Physician Drug References (updated annually) stacked up to the ceiling practically, stored in the basement. They were humongous hard-bound encyclopedias for knowing everything about each pill--its color, shape, dosage, benefits, detractions, etc.

Starting around 11 years old I had to start counting pills (alongside my older sister and brother) and putting them in envelopes in our basement. I had to stamp out the envelopes (many times hundreds in one sitting) and insert the correct amount of pills using a tongue depressor and a plastic counter like you see used in pharmacies.

Some of these pills were ones that could kill you, or at the very least give you a problem, if you took them at the wrong dosage or, God forbid, they were put in the wrong envelope with some other drug's name and info!!!

I laugh as I write this because this inevitably happened and my dad would try to pry out the culprit--was it us, one of his children, or was it Mrs. Dullabahn or Viola, two related widowed women who counted pills in their house in Akron to have my dad collect from them every Wednesday on his day off.

I guess the message for now, as I struggle to write about my "life story," is nothing is as it seems. Myself, I tend to think everybody else has their act together and I'm the loser. But now I've reached the point in my life where I see I have nowhere else to go. I have to be whoever I am, with all my BIG list of sins, because THIS IS IT!

I currently don't have any assurances from anywhere about what to expect, if anything, with my potentially short future ahead.

Here's something that popped in my head a little bit ago when my mother clicked on a YouTube video posted by Sky Australia. They showed how many different TV news reporters and pundits and such all used the word "electric" in some form or another at the DNC in Chicago this week. It was like a fireworks show: "Electric, electrify, electrifying"--all three words over and over across a broad spectrum.

On FOX News we've been hearing for days now that the main word used over and over at the DNC in Chicago was "Joy." The theme of their convention, we're told. Oprah used it, Kamala used it, Hillary used it, Pelosi, AOC, Michelle--all the ladies used it.

Think about this: "You know what an enchantment is--you have these code words to try to release power," said my pastor in a study that I am posting below. "You have the chants and all that stuff people do. They're going to use these sorceries and stuff, casting spells to try to gain an upper hand."

Isaiah 47: [10] For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.

[11] Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.
[12] Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.

[13] Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.

They have the word of prophecy and are going to tell the future and they're going to use what look like signs and wonders and so forth to do these things and it's going to deceive the nations.

Nahum is a book of judgment and chapter 3 is sort of walking it out the door. This is the final judgment of God against Nineveh, which is the stronghold of the Antichrist and the book's looking to the time in the last days, especially at the time of the Second Advent.

Verse 1: [1] Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; the prey departeth not;

He's describing a battle going on here. He's talking about the violence that makes the city of Nineveh the capital of bloodshed.

In verses 2-3 He literally describes the carnage of the battlefield: [2] The noise of a whip, and the noise of the rattling of the wheels, and of the pransing horses, and of the jumping chariots.

[3] The horseman lifteth up both the bright sword and the glittering spear: and there is a multitude of slain, and a great number of carcases; and there is none end of their corpses; they stumble upon their corpses:

This is a description of a live, contemporary military engagement. It's not talking about some cemetery; this is the battle going on right then and the city's just being wiped out.

Here's what's behind the military carnage: [4] Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.

That's a description of the power, the spiritual activity that lies behind that militaristic world dominion domination kind of conquest that Nineveh represents. The Antichrist has sought to be the ruler of the world.

There are two forces that propel that militaristic world dominion idea and these two forces don't just compel the Antichrist; he's harnessing what's there in life all along.

If you went around today and tried to explain what it is that causes nations to rise against nations and causes the militaristic dominion over nations, there's two reasons . . .

In verse 1, he's talking about just that lust for wealth: "You've got something I want; I'm going to come and rob you and I'm willing to shed blood to get it."

In 3:16, talking again about Nineveh as it's being destroyed, [16] Thou hast multiplied thy merchants above the stars of heaven: the cankerworm spoileth, and flieth away.

That's like that thing in Ezekiel 28 about Satan's merchandise and how he's out selling his ideas.

They're pillaging, robbing and it's that greed; that lust for wealth and gaining things that other people have. That's why Jesus warned His apostles, "Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth."

The second thing is down in Nahum 3:4 and it's more sinister. You understand the greed issue, the human nature kind of thing, but Satan uses that human nature to accomplish his purposes

That verse is not talking about a house of ill-repute; that's talking about that thing in Revelation 17:

[5] And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

[6] And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

It's talking about that satanic-inspired religious dominion and you remember that city in Revelation is the city that rules over the kings of the earth and it's made the kings of the earth drunk with the wine of her fornication.

She's literally intoxicated them and put a spirit within them that causes them to fall in line with the Adversary's goal of making the Antichrist the head ruler of the nations, and no matter what kind of bloodshed it takes to do it, they'll do it.

In Nahum 2, back in verse 11, the thing about those three lions there: [11] Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them afraid?

I've tried to say to you Egypt, Babylon and Assyria are associated together and the issue about the Antichrist being an Assyrian, the terminology goes all the way back to Genesis 11 and the idolatry with Nimrod. That's that spiritual power.

The Egyptian, the Pharoah in Isaiah 14, Babylon is called Assyria. In Isaiah 52, Pharoah is said to be the Assyrian running them. So, there's a spiritual power behind the political manifestation.

You'll see that city in Isaiah 47: [1] Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

[2] Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.
[3] Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.

You have the virgin daughter of Babylon, which would be Revelation 17. Here's the virgin. In that religion when you worship the queen of heaven she's the virgin, the Madonna. This city, in verse 5: [5] Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms.

So, she's 'Our Lady,' she's the queen of heaven, she's the virgin. All of those terms have to do with the religious system called Baal worship.

Jeremiah saw good times come to screeching halt

At the very beginning of a YouTube trailer for a new heavily-advertised FOX News "investigative" special on "Freemasons: A Society of Secrets," comedian Tom Shillue asks "the grand master of Pennsylvania": "So you're the biggest guy around here--kind of the grand poobah?"

Master: "You could say that, yes."

Shillue: "I'm going to say some things and you tell me if Masons think these are good things or bad things? Human sacrifice?"

Master: "Bad."

Shillue: "Murder?"

Master: "Bad."

Shillue: Child trafficking?

Master: "Bad."

Shillue: "Ice cream?"

Master: "Fantastic."

Shillue: "Why do people think the Masons engage in demonic activity?"

Master: "I think they're minds just run wild and they think, 'Oh my goodness, what are they doing behind closed doors?' No demonic activity. No. We're not sacrificing anybody at altars. We're not burning any incense. Our meetings are basically a business meeting."

Shillue: "Nobody says any conspiracy theories about the Knights of Columbus. Nobody says it about the Rotary Club. Why do they say it about the Masons?"

Master: "You know what, the other thing that I would point to is the whole thing with the way we do things with symbols."

"This passage probably gets preached on more than any other passage in the Book of Jeremiah. Jeremiah 20:

[7] O LORD, thou hast deceived me, and I was deceived: thou art stronger than I, and hast prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocketh me.
[8] For since I spake, I cried out, I cried violence and spoil; because the word of the LORD was made a reproach unto me, and a derision, daily.
[9] Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.
[10] For I heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report, say they, and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my halting, saying, Peradventure he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him.
[11] But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.

"When you look at the five major prophet books, Isaiah is probably considered the greatest. Ezekiel is the most difficult to understand; there's things in his book that are really tough. Daniel is the most beloved, the one everybody likes the most. But Jeremiah is, without a doubt, the most heroic of the prophets," says Richard Jordan.

"He's one of my favorite characters in the Bible because when you look at his life, and you understand what's going on with him, he demonstrates what a Believer does when things around about him are all falling apart.

"His whole nation collapses in front of his face; the community, the nation, the world about him. They just all go to pieces and you learn about hope in Jeremiah in an hour of despair and darkness.

"In Romans 15:8, Paul talks about the patient and comfort we get from the Scripture that gives us hope and that's something that the Book of Jeremiah, when you see what he goes through . . .

"We talk about the nation Israel as being God's nation in the earth, separated from the Gentiles, but you have to remember what God did with Israel is He set them apart from the nations in order to make them the exemplary nation.

"It's sort of like the city on the hill concept; He set them up here to be separate so He could demonstrate through them what it would like to be a nation who had the God of the Bible as their God; who's laws were given by God.

"As Deuteronomy says the Gentiles said to Israel, 'What nation is so great that has God so near to them?'

"In God's dealing with Israel, debt is called slavery. America got rid of personal slavery in the 1800s, but we instituted almost immediately institutional slavery and part of it is debt. In Israel debt was for emergencies and it was always to be short-term. When you look at how Scripture sets up that system and look at where we are now, you say, 'Boy, things are just going to come to a screeching halt sooner or later.'

"Well, in Jeremiah's life all those chickens had come home to roost in Israel. What you see in Jeremiah, for the most part, is what people go through, especially Believers, in the final years of the collapse of a nation.

"It's a time when there's political and economic crisis. A time when there's tremendous shocking moral decay; when there's increasing international threats, when there's a failure of national leadership.

"One of the things about Jeremiah that strikes me is his life covered a period in the history of the nation Israel very much like in my life, and with many of you others, in our nation.

"Jeremiah was called early in life to be a prophet. He was a P.K. (preacher's kid), raised in the home of people who had an interest in the spiritual life of the nation. His daddy probably was the high priest during the days of King Josiah. Josiah was the last king of Israel who restored Israel back to spiritual worship.

"In the days of Josiah, the temple had been in a mess and he sent his high priest to go through some paperwork in the basement and discovered a copy of the law of Moses that had long been lost.

"When he found it, King Josiah said, 'Woah, this is God's Word! We haven't been doing God's Word; we've got all this Baal worship and paganism,' and he restored the law to Israel and there's a tremendous spiritual reformation. They had the last big spiritual revival in Israel before the Babylonian captivity.

"Now, the revival didn't last long. Jeremiah was there in II Chronicles mourning at the funeral of Josiah. Jeremiah watched his nation for 40-some odd years go down and Israel get crushed under the heel of Babylonian captivity and be carried away. He watched his nation collapse.

"Jeremiah ministered for over 40 years. There's not one record of a convert that he ever had. You look around this room and we've got more Believers associated with us than Jerry ever seemed to have in his book. He never seemed to have any success in the preaching that he did.

"He was constantly mocked. People were laughing at him, they were scorning him, they were persecuting him. He never had any seeming success but he remained faithful to the task God gave him. All the personal struggles, all the attacks, all the dangers, all the sorrows.

Jeremiah's call to the ministry is in Jeremiah 1:

[4] Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
[5] Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

"Here's God's preparation. Calvinists like to take that verse and say, 'See, God preordained a life map for this guy,' and use it for hokey things, but what the Lord is saying to Jeremiah there is, 'Before you were born I was working in your family. I've been working in your lineage way back there with your parents and your grandparents. I've been working in your family, and where you are right now is the result of me working in Israel and in your heritage and I've ordained you. I've called you to be a prophet.' "

Yahweh and 'A bad Don' (as in Trump)

I was looking for an old post of mine on why using "Yahweh" for God is a 19th Century German invention when I found an article on the last U.S. election I had posted in August of 2020. First, here's an outtake from my pastor's study last night:

"By the way, it’s Jehovah and not Yahweh. It’s almost ubiquitous now to hear evangelical Bible teachers talk about Yahweh. Yahweh is the name of a pagan god; not the name of the God of the Bible.

Somebody will tell you, “Well, the Hebrew doesn’t have a 'Jah' sound." If they quit saying Jerusalem or Joshua or Jeremiah—they all begin with a “J.” If you can’t say Jehovah because “J” isn’t a Hebrew word, quit saying other words that start with “J.”

They’re just a bunch of lying fools; it’s just hokum. It’s a misrepresentation that comes out of German rationalism in the late 1800s from modernists who want you to think they’re scholars and know a whole lot.

Now most people today who have a new bible version have it in them. The average preacher today, if he’s under 50 years old, he hasn’t got an idea in his head why he’s doing it. Just somebody told him to do it.

Exodus 6:6 in a Holman Christian Standard Bible reads: "Therefore tell the Israelites: I am Yahweh, and I will deliver you from the forced labor of the Egyptians and free you from slavery to them. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and great acts of judgment."

According to a website about Yahweh being a pagan desert god: "The origins of Yahweh are unclear, but it is believed that he has been worshipped in some form since at least the Bronze Age. Yahweh is mentioned in various ancient texts, including the Bible, and he is thought to be a composite of several different gods, including El and Baal.

"Yahweh is also mentioned in the Egyptian Book of the Dead, which suggests that he was known in Egypt. It is also believed that he was worshiped in the Middle East and parts of Europe.

"Yahweh is also found in other religious systems and spiritual traditions. In Hinduism, he is known as Vishnu and is seen as the preserver and protector of the universe. In Buddhism, he is known as Sakra and is seen as the lord of the gods. In Wicca, he is known as the Horned God and is seen as a symbol of fertility and abundance."

There were actually people who suggested Donald Trump (as in 'A-bad-Don'), whose 66th floor NYC penthouse is undeniably decorated floor to ceiling in apparent worship of Sun god Apollo (said to be Trump's idol) and can be virtually toured on YouTube, saw himself in this Revelation 9 verse:

[11] And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

I just realized the DNC logo is a Baphomet icon on its side! The RNC logo was created last fall and has a CROWN (as in Corona) behind the elephant! We are being mocked.

Today's Google home page "cartoon" has a series of drawings honoring Alexandre Dumas, the writer of The Count of Monte Cristo.

I don't ever remember reading this book in school, but according to a quote on Wikipedia, "The Count of Monte Cristo has become a fixture of Western civilization's literature, as inescapable and immediately identifiable as Mickey Mouse, Noah's Flood, and the story of Little Red Riding Hood.”

This story involves the Knights Templar and Jesuits. The Jesuits' motto: "Divide and conquer." 

One website says, "The Latin phrase “Divide et impera” is as old as politics and war. The 'divide your enemy so you can reign' approach is attributed to Julius Cesar — he successfully applied it to conquer Gaul twenty-two centuries ago (no typo)."

According to a Christian website, "The first Jesuits were crypto‑Jews. Ignatius Loyola himself was a crypto‑Jew of the Occult Cabala. A crypto‑Jew is a Jew who converts to another religion and outwardly embraces the new religion, while secretly maintaining Jewish practices.

"As John Torell explains: 'In 1491 San Ignacio de Loyola was born in the Basque province of Guipuzcoa, Spain. His parents were Marranos and at the time of his birth the family was very wealthy.  As a young man he became a member of the Jewish Illuminati order in Spain.  As a cover for his crypto Jewish activities, he became very active as a Roman Catholic.

"On May 20, 1521 Ignatius (as he was now called) was wounded in a battle, and became a semi‑cripple. Unable to succeed in the military and political arena, he started a quest for holiness and eventually ended up in Paris where he studied for the priesthood. In 1539 he had moved to Rome where he founded the “JESUIT ORDER,” which was to become the most vile, bloody and persecuting order in the Roman Catholic Church. ' "

Look at this article from The New Republic: “Flouting nepotism laws, Donald Trump is making his son-in-law special adviser to the president. This title merely formalizes the well-documented power that Kushner has in Trump’s inner circle. Aside from the massive conflicts of interest that a Kushner appointment poses, there’s also the question of how he’ll respond to being one of the most powerful men in Washington.

"A well-timed profile in New York magazine has a telling anecdote about Kushner courtesy of Peter Kaplan, the late fabled editor of the New York Observer, which Kushner now owns: ‘Kaplan told friends that Kushner’s favorite book was The Count of Monte Cristo, the story of a wronged man who escapes prison, becomes rich, and uses his wealth to stealthily visit vengeance upon his unsuspecting enemies.’

“Like Edmond Dantès, the hero of The Count of Monte Cristo, Kushner suffered what he sees as a terrible wrong. In 2005, Kushner’s father Charles was convicted of tax evasion, illegal campaign spending, and witness tampering. The prosecuting attorney was Chris Christie. Many of the humiliations Christie suffered as an ally of Trump, notably being pushed off the transition team, have reportedly come from the fact that Jared Kushner nurses an undying hatred of the man who jailed his father.

“If you have ever angered Kushner in any way, you should be scared. Very scared.”

Investments website: "Kushner Companies purchased 666 Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan in early 2007 for a record-breaking price of $1.8 billion. It was supposed to be a center of their real estate portfolio. Hunt writes, “Babel (and the city of Babylon later constructed around her ruins) was the cradle of the belief in a ‘higher destiny’ for all mankind.

The roots of the unholy alliance between church and state, with the church in dominance, go back to Babel. Nimrod founded the first world empire; church and state were one.

“Such is the ideal empire which Roman Catholicism has always striven with all its might to establish and maintain whenever possible. As The Catholic World stated at the time of Vatican 1: ‘While the state has some rights, she has them only in virtue and by permission of the superior authority . . . [of] the Church . . . ’

“The antipathy of Roman Catholicism to basic human freedoms later created unholy alliances with the totalitarian governments of Hitler and Mussolini, who were praised by the pope and other Church leaders as men chosen by God.

“Catholics were forbidden to oppose Mussolini and were urged to support him. The Church virtually put the Fascist dictator in office (as it would Hitler a few years later).

“In exchange, Mussolini (in the 1929 Concordat with the Vatican) made Roman Catholicism once again the official state religion, and any criticism of it was made a penal offense. The Church was granted other favors, including a vast sum in cash and bonds.”

"People argue, 'We don't worship Ashteroth!' Well, if you're worshipping Mary, where did it come from? Do Muslims really venerate Mary?

"The Koran teaches that Mary 'was born without the touch of Satan.' There are two people that's said of: Mary and Jesus, momma and son.

"Jesus is always called the 'son of Mary' in the Koran. He is never called the son of God. Why? Those two people are said to be born without the touch of Satan.

"There are Muslim theologians who say that term means she was born sinless. We know the religious system that believes Mary was born without sin. Out of the Koran they believe she 'kept her chastity.' In other words, she's a virgin.

"The Koran teaches that Mary is a sign to mankind. Mary, in Islam, is called the 'queen of saints.' She's called 'our lady.' There is in the land of Shinar in the Middle East--Mary, after the death and burial of Jesus Christ, moves to Turkey. There is a shrine called the 'House of Mary' in Ephesus in Turkey. According to tradition, this is where Mary spent the last years of her life.

"Where's Satan's seat in the Book of Revelation? Turkey. You've heard of 'Our Lady of Fatima.' Fatima is in Portugal. Did you know the Muslims dominated Portugal for centuries. You know where the name comes from? Mohammed's favorite daughter was Fatima.

"This site in Portugal is one of the most visited sites among Muslims. They believe in signs, wonders and miracles. You've heard of these Marian apparitions where supposedly signs, wonders and healings occur. You know that Muslims believe that?

"There are sites all over the Middle East that are believed to have this connection with Mary; they're called Marian sites and they're in Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Egypt.

"There's a book written by Monsignor Luigi, a diplomat for the Vatican who spent years in the Muslim world and believes 'Mary is the bridge and the link between Islam and Christianity.'

"He writes: 'Further proof is found in the pilgrimage that Muslims have made for centuries to Marian shrines in the Middle East.' Damascus, Morocco, Algeria, Casablanca, Algiers.

"There was a site in Egypt where supposedly Mary appeared over a few weeks period of time to perhaps 2 million Muslims.

"Ultimately, Revelation 17, there's this fascination with a woman connected to Baal worship that manifests itself in different shades and flavors in human history. Is Mary going to be the bridge that brings together East and West?

Revelation 17:3: [3] So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 

"We've said so much about the area all of this is focused on. It's that wilderness area; it's called the 'island of the sea.'

"It's that Middle East area, beginning with northeast Turkey, extending down to Egypt, going all the way over to the Persian Gulf, following the Euphrates River.

"In human history, beginning in Genesis, we have the worship of the sun, the sun god representing Nimrod, which morphed into Baal worship. There's also in history the worship of the moon.

"In the Bible that moon represents Ashteroth. What you learn in this Babylonian tradition is that Baal and Ashteroth have a son named Tammuz. Interestingly enough, Tammuz, who is born via virgin birth by Ashteroth, is considered the reincarnation of Baal. In other words, the son that the virgin Ashteroth produces is really Baal incarnate.

"That whole concept of God enfleshing Himself has its origins in Genesis 10 and 11. You say, 'Wait a minute, it isn't until God promises the nation of Israel Immanuel--you know, God with us.'

"Sometimes we've got to give Satan a little more credit than we do. Genesis 3:15: [15] And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

"This is the verse in which Satan launches his counterfeit plan and policy of evil. God is promising that the woman is going to produce a seed and that that seed, ultimately, is going to crush Satan.

"So guess what Satan now launches in answer to God's threat of a woman? Verse 15 actually tells us. In human history we see this infatuation--there is a mother-child cult that has its origins back there in Genesis 3. We see different names given to her.

"Satan has his own counterfeit seed that ultimately is going to culminate out there in the 70th Week. As you examine the issues, practices, behaviors, rituals and rites of Baal worship, this is nothing new under the sun.

"Ashteroth who, by virgin birth, has a son; the son is the incarnation of his father in human flesh. Isn't that what Jehovah God promises and does fulfill when He said, 'I'm going to indwell human flesh'? All of that stuff was already believed in the pagan form."

Children their oppressors and women rule over

Ezekiel 13:17: [17] Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,

They're doing exactly the same as the male prophets, but now you've got some prophetesses; women preachers. They're going to practice witchcraft, the enchantment arts, all the conjuring and so forth involved there, explains Richard Jordan.

It says they "prophesy out of their own heart." All these things that are happening in the first cycle of the Fifth Course repeat themselves in the last cycle, which is the tribulation.

Revelation 2:20: [20] Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

Notice, it's the woman Jezebel. Ahab and Jezebel were the couple that made Baal worship the official religion of the northern kingdom. Her dad was the priest of Baal. She's not a prophetess but she calls herself one.

In the Bible there is no order of prophetesses. There is an order of prophets. There's a school of prophets. Now, there were some women prophets; when the men weren't doing their job God would raise up a woman, but God raised them up.

Like with Jezebel, there are women claiming to be prophetesses; claiming a position God didn't give them. It isn't something that God put on their heart to do. It's something they decided they were going to do because of the satanic program they're propagating.

We've seen these ladies before in Ezekiel 8. The nation had so degenerated.

Ezekiel 8: [13] He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do.

[14] Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.

You have these women praying, weeping, worshipping in that temple and there's no provision for that at all but they've put themselves in that. It's the thinking of their own heart. So when they're preaching, they are out of place and don't have a message from God.

There's a fascinating passage in Isaiah 3:

[16] Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:
[17] Therefore the LORD will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.
[18] In that day the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet, and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon,
[19] The chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers,
[20] The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the earrings,
[21] The rings, and nose jewels,
[22] The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping pins,
[23] The glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the vails.
[24] And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.
[25] Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.
[26] And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground.

I'll let you decide what all that is in verse 16. In my mind, when I read those words images come up. When it says they're haughty, walking with stretched forth necks, that means they're strutting their stuff and they're dressed to do it.

Isaiah 3:11-13: [11] Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

[12] As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
[13] The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.

Their leaders are destroying the nation but it's the children that are ruling and women who are leading. The issue there is not just that they are women; it's that they're haughty: 'We know what God's doing.'

Verse 17: [17] Therefore the LORD will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.

Now, Deuteronomy 28 says one of the things He's going to do in punishing Israel when they do these things is strike them with baldness. It's going to be the scab on the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion.

You see there's a whole list of specifics that they're involved in because what they're doing has so penetrated and is engrossing to them right down to all their attire.

Everything about them is being caught up in it. That's not just a description of a fashion show; that's a description of the dressings they have in their false worship and false prophecy.
