Peace and prosperity sinks them all

"When you hear about Russia invading Israel in Ezekiel 38 during the tribulation, verse 2 says, 2] Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

“That’s the verse people use to say that’s the invasion from the north--Russia. I don’t think that’s accurate, but there’s an invasion that comes from the north. Look who’s with them in verse 5--Persia, Ethiopia, Libya. Verse 6 has Gomer. There’s not one Arab nation listed in that invasion.

“All those Arab nations right around Israel that aren’t involved in the invasion of Israel. Where are they? They’re gone; they’ve been destroyed.

Zechariah 12:2: [2] Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
[3] And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

“That’s two different groups. First, they are a cup of trembling to the people right around them. That will be those nations in Psalm 83. He’s going to come and wipe them out and when He does, look what happens. Those last two verses of Psalm 83 are real exciting:

[17] Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish:
[18] That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

“When the Antichrist takes over, he’s going to be bringing in peace. The Book of Daniel is full of that. He’s going to take over the kingdom like nobody else ever did and he’s going to do it on a context where there’s been this horrendous war and he steps forward with people worshipping, not Allah, but, ‘Hey, look at what Israel’s God has done.’

"Zephaniah 2, talking about this event, in verse 11: [11] The LORD will be terrible unto them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the isles of the heathen.

“When you famish somebody you starve them out. He’s literally going to drain away all the worshippers of these other gods by demonstrating He is the big ‘G’ with the little ‘gs’.

“He’s the Most High and those Islamic worshippers are going to see a living demonstration, and when they do, the Antichrist is going to step up and say, ‘Okay, I’m the guy he sent.’ He’s going to step into the role with miracles and signs and lying wonders that show him to be who the Scripture said the Messiah would be. Jesus came with preaching, showing the kingdom of god. He’s going to step up with the credentials.

"He's going to put them back in the land and say, ‘Let’s build a temple; let’s get going.’ And he’s going to overwhelm them, Daniel 11 talks about, with peace and prosperity. Gentiles, your Bible’s clear, worship peace and prosperity above everything else. That’s what sunk our nation and that will get these guys."
