My favorite professor at The Ohio State University, Henry Schulte (you can see an interview with him before his death at the South Carolina Press Association website) told us one day in class, and I never forgot it because he purposefully impressed it upon our brains, "When the press is no longer free and independent, that's how you know the downfall of a society."
Isn't it ironic that the town Charlie Kirk was assassinated in, Orem, Utah, is an anagram for Rome?
I guess due to AI algorithms I was presented with a video on YouTube yesterday that was posted on May 10, 2025.
The channel "Wretched Watchmen," which I had never encountered before and do not have any idea about anything related to him, posted remarks from an X tweet that Charlie Kirk had just made. He showed a screenshot of the actual post from Kirk, dated May 8, 2025.
Kirk's Tweet: "We talk about a Golden Age in America . . . I am an Evangelical Christian, but I pray the new pope will help usher in a new Golden Age of Christianity. If the new pope defends the faith, defends the West, defends biology and eternal truths, I will be his biggest fan."
Here is the YouTuber's analysis of the statement:
"We're going to go Franklin Graham on this one: 'I pray that the new pope will help usher in a new Golden Age of Christianity.' I want you to stop and think about the words that he just put out . . . Where do I begin? I can do an entire podcast on this alone.
"First of all, and this is the same point I made about Franklin Graham when he put out his post, Kirk is praying that the new pope brings in a 'new Golden Age of Christianity.'
"So, he's not praying for the pope who he knows is a heretic, who is a part of a satanic cult that is sending thousands of people to hell, who does not have salvation, who worships false deities, who recognizes a false Christ, who is the epicenter for many other things including human trafficking and sexual exploitation and all that other stuff.
"Kirk's not praying for the pope to change that. He's not praying for the pope to recognize the true Jesus; he's not praying for the pope to realize the true Jesus Christ and his Savior and actually get salvation.
"No, he's praying for the pope to usher in a new Golden Age, which goes along with other pagan stuff that we've talked about in the past, like the Age of Aquarius, and things like that of Christianity. He's basically saying that Catholicism is a form of Christianity, which is the main narrative we see going on in the secular and in the ecumenical evangelical world of things.
"This dude who proclaims to be a Christian, who seems to go out to all these different churches and stuff, can't even figure out what a Christian is!
"The he doubles down and says 'if the pope defends the faith.' What faith? Well, according to Charlie Kirk, Catholicism is Christianity, so all of them together defends the West and defends biology and eternal truths.
"Well, again, in order to understand what true eternal truth is, you have to understand what Christianity is and what's written in God's Word, which he clearly does not have a view of.
"So what we have going on here is Charlie Kirk being a very confused man. Again, I've had questions from the very beginning, but when it comes to this, he is blasting to his Turning Point USA crowd that the mystery religion, the combining of faiths, as long as it goes against the DEI practices that Pope Francis was endorsing, will buy his thumbs up, taking that entire crowd and pushing them towards that mystery religion, that upcoming One World Religion.
"That's what we have going on here. This is an endorsement, this is a broadcast, this is a mystery propaganda bull horn broadcast to get his TPUSA and TPFaith--again they combine the politics and the faith--that NOW religion that I've been talking about. This is it!
"This is what I've been warning about. This is what I've been SCREAMING about from the mountaintops. This is the thing that got me blacklisted from the prophecy community, because I was calling THIS out.
"Now, who does Charlie Kirk associate with? Hmm. Well, I know there's this one big dude out of California whose name is Jack Hibbs . . . "
